It's Not A Product - It's A Shopping Event!

Advent Calendars traditionally count down the days until Christmas, beginning from December 1st until the 24th. Our Advent Calendar collection is much the same! Our Advent Calendar collection is made up of 24 limited edition products, revealed one-be-one, day-by-day. It's not a singular product you can purchase - it's a 24-day shopping event!

ONE Limited Edition Product EVERY Day For 24 Days

Beginning on December 1, our Advent Calendar collection begins to reveal itself. One product is revealed every day, and is available for 24 hours only. That's important! Previously, we had ready-made Advent products in limited numbers. Products that didn't sell out immediately were up for grabs until they were sold out. This year, everything is for preorder only.

Only 24 Hours To Secure Each Advent Product

Just 24 hours, that's it. There is no overlap between Advent product preorders. As one preorder closes, the next day opens immediately. We will be revealing the next day on social media and in our Advent Calendar email list early, so if you want to see the next day's surprise in advance, we highly recommended you follow us and sign up to the Advent list below.

Unlimited Quantities - The Product Cannot Sellout During Preorders

For 24 hours, it's game on. No need to panic shop (unless of course you are shopping in the last 5 minutes of the preorder!) Uncapped quantities means as long as you're on time, you won't miss out. But you really, REALLY have to be on time! ⏰ We know that waiting for preorders can feel like a lifetime, but with Christmas and the end of the year approaching, you'll hardly be able to think about it!

Once A Preorder Closes, It Is Closed For Good

No second chances, no exceptions, no favours. It's on you to set alarms, set reminders, set notifications, whatever you need to remember to check in with us each day to see each Advent surprise! 24 hours with uncapped stock might seem like plenty of time to grab a piece, but believe me... it's going to fly. DON'T risk the devastation of missing out!

You Won't Receive Any Advent Products In 2024

You heard right - our Advent Calendar collection is CRAZY popular, and to faciliate uncapped pre-orders, we will be making and shipping all Advent products in January 2025. This means your orders will ship late Jan - early Feb 2025. You're investing in a future treat for yourself!

Free Shipping For All Advent Purchases + Automatic Combining

It's very common to purchase multiple items from our Advent Calendar, so we have just one shipping option to make things simpler. The shipping is free, and we will automatically combine multiple orders. *Any items purchased with Advent products will NOT be shipped separately, and will be shipped in 2025.

  • PREORDER OPEN & CLOSE TIME

    9:00am AEST each day

    At 9am AEST, the product of the day goes live, while the previous day's product closes. Enjoy unlimited quantities of the day’s product for 24 hours only.

    i.e. The first product goes live at 9am December 1st, and closes at 9am December 2nd

  • MADE & SHIPPED IN JANUARY 2025

    To offer uncapped quantities (and pull off an Advent Calendar at all in the whirlwind year we’ve had), all Advent products are available as a pre-order only. They are not yet made, and will not begin production until January 2025. This means you won’t receive Advent orders until late Jan-early Feb.

  • EACH PRODUCT ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 24 HOURS

    Only one product is shoppable at any time during the Advent Calendar event. There is no overlap with a product closing and a product going live, this automatically happens at the same time. If you miss the 24 hour window, you miss that product. This year there are no reveals.

Advent FAQs

How Does It Work?

• The Advent Calendar event will run from December 1st - December 24th 2024

• ONE special limited edition product will be released EVERY SINGLE DAY

• Each product will be available as an uncapped preorder for 24 hours only

• Each pre-order window runs from 9am AEST - 9am AEST the following day. For example, Day 1 preorder is open from 9am December 1st until 9am December 2nd

• As each items pre-order closes, the next day opens!

• All Advent Calendar items will be shipped in 2025

How Does Shipping Work?

ADVENT CALENDAR PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL JANUARY 2025 AT THE EARLIEST.

Advent Calendar products have their own shipping option, which is a free standard shipping option to facilitate multiple orders from the collection. This allows us to efficiently sort Advent Calendar orders from our regular online orders, and combine multiple orders easily. If you do order from our other collections during the Advent Calendar period, your order will ship as per usual, as long as it doesn’t contain an Advent product.

• To support the sheer number of Advent Calendar shoppers and our December workload, these products will go into production in January 2025.

• Shipping will occur throughout January until early February.

• We cannot prioritise Advent Calendar orders. They will be made in the order of release, and if you have ordered multiple times, your order will be sent once we have completed production for all of your items.

• Items purchased with pre-order products will be sent together when the order is ready. We do not advise you purchase any other products alongside Advent products, especially if you need them for Christmas. We cannot split orders.

• We will combine Advent orders in January automatically.

When Will I Receive My Products?

• ALL Advent Calendar products will ship in 2025.

• Advent Calendar orders will begin production in January 2025 and ship towards the end of the month.

• Orders to be received in late January - early February 2025

• No exceptions can be made - requests to rush order an Advent item for Christmas or an earlier deadline will not be fulfilled.

What Happens If I Miss The Preorder?

Sadly, that's that - you've missed it. We can't accept late orders for Advent Calendar. We know December is a super busy month for most of us, and we can easily get distracted. We highly, highly recommend you sign up to the Advent email list and follow us on socials for reminders and updates.
