Why can't I log into my Feathers account?
• In the right place? Access the portal here and hit the sign in link.
• Ensure you are using the correct email and password - your loyalty program account is the same as your regular customer account, so if you've created one before, those are your details!
• Reset your password if necessary.
• Check your internet connection.
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
• Log in to your Feathers account - access the portal here and hit the sign in link.
• Navigate to the 'Rewards' section in the portal and select how many Feathers you'd like to redeem for your coupon.
• Follow the redemption process outlined in the portal, and once redeemed, you'll receive a unique discount coupon that can be applied at checkout.
Where can I find my unique coupon reward?
After redeeming a reward, your coupon code will appear in your account under “My Rewards.” You’ll also receive an email confirmation with the code for easy access.
Can I use multiple coupons on a single order?
Only one coupon code can be used per order. If you have multiple coupons, you’ll need to choose the one you’d like to use or save the others for future purchases.
Do coupons have an expiry date?
Nope! Your coupon does not expire. You can use it immediately or a future date.
Why is my balance not updating?
• It may take time for transactions to reflect in your account.
• Ensure the transaction qualifies for points under the program terms.
• Log out and log back in to refresh your balance.
Why is my coupon not working?
Ensure the code is correctly entered at checkout. Also, check that the items in your cart qualify for the coupon. If you’re still having trouble, contact customer support for assistance.
Can I combine a loyalty coupon with other discounts or promotions?
• Loyalty coupons usually cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers. If another discount is applied at checkout, you may not be able to use the coupon on the same order. Coupons can be used with our Bundle & Save Collection.
• Some promotions are subject to their own terms, which may exclude the use of coupons.
Can I cancel a redeemed coupon and get my Feathers back?
Once redeemed, coupons cannot be reversed, and points cannot be refunded. Make sure you’re ready to use the coupon before confirming your redemption. The good news is, they don't expire! So your coupon will be ready for you whenever you are :)
How can I track my coupon redemptions and Feathers?
You can view your coupon redemptions, along with your current Feathers balance, by logging into your loyalty account and checking the “Rewards History” section.
How are coupons applied at checkout?
Coupons are entered like a discount code. Simply enter your unique coupon code in the “Discount Code” field during checkout. The discount will be applied to your eligible items automatically if the coupon conditions are met.
Why is my referral link not working?
• Ensure the person you referred meets the eligibility requirements.
• Verify that the referral link was used correctly and not altered.
• Contact support if the referral isn’t tracking properly.
My Feathers balance doesn't seem to line up with amount spent?
Our Loyalty Program is set to AUD currency. If you're checking out in another currency, your Feathers are calculated based on the Australian Dollar value of your purchase.
How do I update my profile information (email, password, etc.)?
• Go to the account settings in the app and select the option to update your information.
• If you cannot access your account, use the ‘Forgot Password’ option to reset it.
How can I merge multiple accounts?
• Contact support to request account merging.
• Provide both email addresses associated with the accounts to combine them, and make sure you specify which email address you'd like to keep!
How do I leave or unsubscribe from the loyalty program?
• Navigate to your account settings and select the option to leave the program.
• You can also contact customer support to request account deletion.
