2023 Advent Calendar

It's that time of year! Welcome to the BINKABU Advent Calendar, a shopping event full of limited edition designs to finish the year with a bang! 💥

Here's a run down on what to expect from our 2023 Advent Calendar shopping event:

✨ The event will run from December 1st - December 24th 2023

✨ ONE special limited edition product will be released EVERY SINGLE DAY

✨ Limited numbers available (only 30-50 pairs of each design) - you might need to be quick to secure a pair!

✨ At 9am, a reveal of the earrings of the day will go live on social media - Facebook and Instagram - NOT on the website. Newsletter subscribers will also receive an email with the reveal. You will have the day to mull over the decision to shop or not.

✨ The earring listing goes live for shopping at 7:30pm the same day. The listing will not appear until 7:30pm AEST (we are in Brisbane QLD) on the dot, so our best advice is to be inside the Advent Calendar collection (if you're reading this, good job, you're here!) and refresh at 7:30pm until you see it.

✨ You really will need to be quick for some of these. They are limited edition and aren't restocked. But it is supposed to be a bit of fun! Please don't panic if you miss out, we are bringing back a couple of favourites this year and are going to continue our Advent tradition for years to come.

✨ Our Advent Calendar designs are a mix of funky re-colourings (a chance to use some amazing acrylics we ordinarily wouldn't use), slight design tweaks, and new birds or extra mutations of existing birds. We've tried to include something for everybody, so there will be some that excite you and perhaps some that are not for you. We highly recommend checking in to the reveal each morning for a peek.

✨ This year, our Calendar will have some products other than earrings! We are taking this unique opportunity to test some products that could make a regular appearance in our store moving forward. There are absolutely no guarantees that anything will come back, it all depends on the response and demand. We will have a much higher number of inventory for these other products, so there won't be any panic shopping necessary. You will have plenty of time to decide when to purchase and they should last us into the new year.

✨ ⚠️ IMPORTANT: International Advent Orders will be sent in January. If you shop multiple times for Advent designs, please use the code COMBINESHIPPING to eliminate extra shipping costs.

✨ Domestic Australian orders will be sent as per usual. We have free standard shipping for orders over $100 and an option to upgrade to express shipping for a flat rate. We will do our absolute best to do daily postage during the Advent Calendar (so that's next business day dispatch) until we go on holidays, see next point:

✨ Shipping will cease from December 18th - January 3rd as we will be away, but the website will remain open for a time. Orders from December 18th will be shipped in early January. The shop may close for a short period in early January.
